What's this doing the rounds on Twitter about because Martinez said he's making an announcement on Monday he hasn't got the job or doesn't want it because usually the club make the announcement first?

Over the last weekend and more specifically Monday Martinez has first been confident he's got it and then telling people 'terms agreed' . I don't know what Evertons side of the story is but that's been his .

I won't/can't say he's our manager but that's been his open position on it , I'd be surprised if he's changed his mind to a degree he's turning us down . It seems totally and completely at odds with everything he'd said or I've heard .​
