I believe he was going to serve a self imposed ban if Stubbs wasn't hired by last Tuesday. Seems to have not gone through with it sadly.

Moyes is gone mate, whether we want him or not is irrelevant, I would assume after the barrage of s**t I got for supporting him and his achievements, and the endless lists of faults people threw up at the mere mention of his name, and the disappointment with our finishing position with our current squad, gaining a couple more places should be fairly straighforwards shouldn't it?

Therefore if Vitor, or Martinez or anyone else wants Champions League football, they simply need to be a little bit better than the deeply flawed David Moyes and its theirs. If he doesn't want us because he get can't 4th... Then he must be thinking he is not good enough to deliver that for us and I don't want him.

Not saying that is the case, he may want to join, he may not for different reasons to the ones stated, but if he wants CL football but thinks he can't get it with us then he has the sort of negative attitude before he even starts that Moyes has been accused of.
