It has been reported in the Portuguese new websites. Being Portuguese myself I can translate "The name Vítor Pereira has long been touted for the post of coach of Everton, David Moyes to succeed. The hypothesis circulating in the British press almost since the beginning of the year and even their own bookmakers put the coach of dragons as well positioned."

Wow! It could come in handy having someone so fluent in Portuguese on the forum with these rumours flying around!

I can't look past Martinez. Ain't seen him with calibre of players like Jags, Baines, Felli, Pienaar and Mirallas. I'd really give him a go.

Dannyboy, if Celtic had been picked up and dumped into the Premier League in the state that Mowbray left them in, they would have been humiliated and relegated. The only Celtic team since the mid-90s that I could say that with confidence about.

Lennon's a touch arrogant, but I disagree that he doesn't have much to show for it. And if I'd seen the sights he's seen in the last three years, I'd be bitter too.

Hopefully the Everton board agree with your conclusion that he's too unproven. I want him to stay at Celtic for as long as Moyes stayed at Everton.
