His last 3 clubs have been Champions League winners. His own trophy haul as manager is even stronger than what Kendall achieved for us in the 80's.

I seriously doubt we're the highest-profile job he is able to get.
Ok, I'm looking at the clubs above us in the league. You tell me, which one of them would even consider hiring him? Only City, and a very slim chance.
 

Maybe it's just my opinion, but hearing him talk it sounds like he is desperate to manage us. He couldn't be any more obvious if started walking up and down gwladys street wearing a sandwich board saying "hire me".

I don't want him just to be clear.

Chelsea might yet keep him. City might want him (for his Champs League record alone). Spurs, Arsenal & Man U have set managers already. Liverpool would take him back if Brenda fails next year.

From Spain, if Mourinho goes Real Madrid might take him. PSG would have him if Ancelotti goes.

He's high-end, but potentially divisive. Bit like Mourinho, really.
