Have we really just finished in the top 6 yet again in the richest most high profile league in world football? I must have imagined it as it seems the potential candidates are no better than 12 years ago. Stubbs, Martinez, Mackay? Jesus ****ing wept.

I just think the mans a winner and I see no one else who we can attract that could possibly take us to the next level. I know Keane has faulted at times but has the killer/winning streak in him. Plus not many managers have that CL knowledge that we would need if we do reach the next level.

I know the next level is still a long way off but we have the foundations to build on that as of now and we have Moyes to thank for that.
Keane has the attitude but I don't think he has the management skills, he would need a great number 2 for the tactical side of things

well said stoke still have a manager yet are still linked with better quality the sooner that snake Kenwright is hounded out of the club the better

Just checked the odds on betfair... No one else is even close to Martinez. It's just a matter of time now really isn't it?!

indeed, I believe the inoffensive Spaniard is our next man, it's the easy option for blue bill

(I'm still to be convinced he's the right choice though)

I've come to the conclusion that the only two people who think EFC are a small club are David Moyes and Bill Kenwright. Unfortunately both have influence over who our next manager is going to be. Please someone buy us ffs!!!! This has gotten beyond farcical with some of the stuff that's been said by both Moyes and Kenwright over the past week or so. They're making FSW seem non offensive towards us!

It could be worse. I'm prepared to look for the positives with Martinez. I actually think his style/ formation would suit our players. Consistency is an issue though.
