What's happening here is the journos are getting the info off the forums, and not the forums off the papers.
Plainly speaking these Neville, Weir, Stubbs, rumours start here,and many a poster is acutely aware of it,and that's why they post them.
Given that a close family relative of mine is indeed a freelance journalist, you can take this as a given.

I think that does happen but I'm pretty sure moyes recommending his staff wasn't an idea he got from here mate and he's recommended them . From day one i believe at least one member of staff has felt he's got a chance , however I do think we are probably looking at them filling a staff role aren't we ?

Heard Stubbs doesnt want the managers job, but wants a bigger role within the Club.
It'll be Martinez with one of Neville, Stubbs or Weir as his Number 2.

I must admit, I'd be happy with Martinez and Neville as assistant. Would make the transition easier for Martinez having Nev there.

My thoughts exactly pal. Think it would keep some form of continuity at the Club.

Yes, i would imagine a specialist coaching role,defence/midfield, with regards to stubbs and Neville.
No way will either of them be appointed as first team manager.

It still all points to Martinez to me. I'm sure Kenwright has given the internals an opportunity to have an interview for the role this week, but will speak to external candidates as soon as the PL season has finished. The fact that there's only 1 current PL manager in the frame, makes it Martinez by default. Only a poor interview will save us from him now imo.

His interview for Liverpool was supposed to have been excellent so I can not see that happening.

these rules aren't relevant, as Klopp is the exception that proves the rule.
It's like saying let's employ any old Championship-league manager, as Moyes turned out well.

Its not like saying that at all, completely different. its like saying in some instances its not impossible for the best managers to get their teams relegated.

The Klopp rule doesnt apply.
Klopp got them promoted, Mainz were a team who had played amateur football for a long period of time.

Of course it does, regardless of circumstance it shows Wigan getting relegated isn't enough on its own for us to know that martinez would be a terrible choice to manage Everton.
