I dont blame Kenwright for Moyes leaving or the way he left (apart from him generally being to blame for consistenly bad transfer
windows). He really should have been sounding people out about the managers job for months now though. He should know the European leagues inside out by now, such was the massive writing on the wall that Moyes would be leaving this summer.

Theres not much he can do while the Season is ongoing, I doubt most people would even talk while they have games to play.

As soon as the Season ends I think things will happen quite quickly.

Bk was banking on DM signing all I need is a five minute chat with him - lets face it DM knew he was going to man U good luck to him , but I am on about his last contract most clubs have a clause that has compensation if it is not resigned! BK has bundled this like everything else he touches at EFC e.g. the kings Dock, KD, & now this farce if we end up with a poor manager! former player KR got it spot on today!

How do you know Kenwright hasn't been sounding people out ,I believe he has and Martinez has been his choice all along , remember his interview after the defeat in the cup .

This is probably true to be fair. I just would have liked him to have cast his net a bit wider

If moyes knew about this for months then surely he should have come clean with bk so they could sort out a replacement.

Kenwright can **** off if he thinks hiring someone like stubbs or neville is the way forward your only putting a nail in your own coffin you Redcoat clown, seriously wish some nut job evertonian would do the club a huge favour and take him and his cronies for a long drive out of Merseyside absolute poison they are

AF stated he had decided to retire in December 2012 just at the time DM started stalling - I will sign at the end of Jan - then I will see where we finish for Europe if we had finished in the top 4 he would have gone! How did DM conclude a six year deal with Man U in 2 days lets get real BK has been asleep as usual! or knowing BK he knew about it all!

He didnt know for months tho.

He was planning for next Season.

A global empire like United doesn't chop and change its quarter century manager in the space of a week, mate. I don't believe for a second Moyes hadn't been approached beforehand.

With some of the things Moyes has said over the last few days, coupled with how he's conducted himself this season when he clearly knew he was going. I've lost all respect for the guy. He could have signed a new deal with us, and we'd have had some compensation. It wouldn't have affected his move to Man U if they really wanted him, he's used this club to further his own ambitions and has zero regard for what's left behind. His opinion, based on what he's said, clearly shows that he's only seen us as a stepping stone and regards us as a small club.

I can't wait for him to go, don't let the door bang you on the back of the head on the way out Moyes

I think I've resigned my self to the fact we're going to plummet down the league when he goes. We're either going to promote from within, or go for one of the lack lustre mangers in the domestic league, when we've got an opportunity to gain the interest of three or four top level managers from overseas. With the Man City and Chelsea jobs nailed on for Pellegrini and Mourinho, neither clubs are bigger than Everton by the way and that's a fact. What big jobs are out there in the EPL? There's a host of managers who want to manage here, and we're most definitely the biggest club that's available, even with our lack of financial clout.

We're about to miss out on a big opportunity to push us forward here, and that for me has consolidated my opinion of bungling bill. The guy bought the club for a pittance, and is looking to cash in on a big sale.
