Still quite like Big Vic me, happy to see him backing his big ass into defenders in the box and doing that turn thing he does so well .... and then hitting the corner flag with his shot.

Badly needed considering the circumstances. They have to keep Defoe as fit and fresh as possible. They need a keeper too, Pickford is young and judging by that mistake last weekend he doesn't look ready.

He hasn't played for months now, had no pre season. It'll take them months to get him even near match fitness.

Notice there not showing the bottom part of his body there.

You know things are bad, when you're signing someone that West Brom and the tramp Pulis deemed surplus

The lovechild of Vaughan and Anichebe would have been some player. Vaughan's energy and grit with Victor's power and bullying.

Both needed each others strengths to succeed.

I don't remember Anichebe bullying anyone except a couple of smaller teams in the Europa League. Most of the time I remember being frustrated watching him as he just fell over rather than using his size to his advantage. It was like he modelled himself on Heskey!

Anichebe lol

The days when we used to roll the ball into his feet so deliberately with his back to goal, only for him to absolutely nothing with it... Good luck Sunderland.
