It's just a little too easy for me, lazy obvious humour, written with littlew ambition other than to pander to easy targets, a bit like a chico preview

I don't know what sort of ambition a BBC comedy programme is supposed to have tbh. It's been enormously successful, which I expect is what it aimed to be and sometimes people just like simple, easy and quite amusing things to watch.

JLS have been enormously successful, and they are pure tosh as well, I put no faith in the public at all when it comes the popularity of anything

I'm not saying its good because its popular, but it just is what it is. Unapologetically so in fact. It fills a gap, keeps people happy, keeps churning out laughs and DVD sales. If you aren't buying them and you aren't watching it, why does it matter?
