Been in touch with Moshiri since January/February and we're in August and they're still haggling over the price / structure of a deal in buying a minority stake in the club.
Just have to hope someone swoops in ahead of em as this lot / 777 sound like chancers wanting their grubby wall street hands on the new ground and little else. Got trouble written all owa em.

The Articles of Association have been released on companies house. Typically this is the final administrative step before a shareholders agreement is finalised. I would be very surprised if we didn't hear confirmation of MSP in the next few weeks

I've seen a couple of suggestions now that 777 have re-entered the running and that MSP are stalling for some reason..

More likely that 777 have made an offer or are making an offer over and above that which MSP have raised in principle... and Moshiri has opted for the highest bidder scenario.
If Moshiri sell us down the river to these we're in trouble.
