We didn't have much interest on the books in 2023, I haven't read the accounts but I assume the capitalized a lot of it and much/all of the interest for the MSP/777 loans is after 6/30/23.

Moshiri would have been approved under the current rules I'm sure back when he took over. However, we are seeing what happens when an under-capitalized ownership group owns the club. That's what 777 are and that's why they face so much scrutiny, to avoid something like what we're going through now to happen again.

777 are in a very poor position. They’ve dumped a lot of money into the club, can’t close the deal and would realistically get nothing if they try and call the loans in.

We would have had that if they took over in August or now. The stadium needed to be funded somehow

Don't think 777 will be able to pay the MSP loan off.

Rights Media will no doubt be worried and agree to MSP coming in.

The 777 loans are unsecured, I wouldn't be shocked if they go pop before the end of the summer.

If their loan isn`t repaid/default by a certain date in April MSP can take 51% of the club from Farhad Moshiri, they would affectively be the ones that control the club as the largest shareholder.

Honeatly all depends on the price of what moshiri wants. The 777 loans is what i think is scary club will have options but dont kno whay type of buyers now looks really messy
