Hmmm, is it too early to think of a Besic chant?
"Who the hell is Besic?" is a phrase I expect City fans to utter when he pickpockets Silva repeatedly.
He's only 70 on Fifa lads, we should be looking for at least 78 and above right? yeah?
another bloody silver in the squad, this is getting embarrassing. I would say 75 is the minimum for a club like us.He's only 70 on Fifa lads, we should be looking for at least 78 and above right? yeah?
Wasn't that Coleman who marked Bale out of the game? In fact, I think Hibbert or Neville went off injured in that game and he made his first 'I'm boss, lids' debut?I wouldn't get too excited about marking Messi out of the game.
Phil Neville managed that against both Cristiano Ronaldo and Gareth Bale when playing right back.
Marking jobs can be deceiving.

You're right of course. But what had me impressed was that he wasn't marking Messi non stop. He was given a license to participate in attack, because Messi tends to go inactive, it would have been a waste to have him man marked 100% of time.I wouldn't get too excited about marking Messi out of the game.

Becis's performance against Argentina was outstanding not just for his marking but his overall contribution to ball possession and attack build up.
I remember being engaged in taktikal tawk with @Brownie and I was most impressed with Bosnia in the World Cup.
When I typed that to him I was picturing that little dynamo Besic in my head doing all his keeping it neat and boss with passing thing. Then Everton read my thoughts and decided to try and sign him apparently. Well in Everton.
