After 20 visits to the same NHS clinic seeing a proper skilled podiatrist - My toe is now on the mend the podiatrist has save my nail & I have just e mailed his boss to thank his dedication in to undoing the butchers work above .... the offender of the work above in the photo has been moved with a promotion ...... typical - but the main thing is I am able to wear shoes after wearing slippers everywhere for 3 months - praising instead of complaining works if the job is done properly
You didn't write the email on your Russian iPad, did you? Seriously though, glad they have sorted your toe out properly this time. I remember it was in a terrible state the first time around.

It's improved a hell of a lot - the podiatrist did a very good job on it on the same pay as the one who left in that state it was in, the photo - hence the thank you e mail ....
