My Everton story

Player Valuation: Free Transfer
I grew up in Memphis Tennessee supporting the Memphis Rogues (including Jimmy Husband) in the late 1970's. Fast forward to early 2010's when Premier League games became widely televised in the US. Time to pick a side! Definitely not a London club and not the reds. With Tim Howard as keeper, and recent US players on the squad, I became an Evertonian and have been all-in ever since. So fortunate to see them twice (so far). Preseason in Florida several years ago, and last Spring at Goodison Park. I became so emotional walking into Goodison Park I hurt my wife's feelings. Today I bought tickets for this summer's match in Atlanta for the match against ManU. COYB

Very welcome to the forum!! What game at Goodison did you attend last season mate?
Burnley. We won 1-0! The match when DCL defensively pressed the Burnley keeper. Their keeper kicked the ball which deflected off DCL, over the keeper's head and into the goal.
I was so fortunate to get to Goodison! Are you a long time supporter?
