What you've got to remember is I've got to go on the same coach on Tuesday. I could cause murder and give out a few slaps but they are pleasantly nice people who offer you booze and make conversation, it's a shame they haven't been brought up correctly regarding racial issues.

How much can you bench mick86 ?

To me it's not about weight, it's about technique but if we're talking what I can do for 1 rep or 6 then it's different. I can probably get 1 rep out with 100kg on a flat bench but around about 80kg for 6 reps. I don't barbell bench very often as it can bring your front delts into the movement so I generally use smith machine or dumbells.
