My point is he’s the least of our mistake problem players mate, in fact he was a consistently decent performer before the injury, but you are blind to this.

Hope the lad recovers well and has a long and successful career at Everton.

We'll never agree on this.

He's not mate.

He has mistakes in him all the time.
Biggest problem he has for me is him getting injured so many times already at his age is not a good sign for the future. As soon as he looks to kick on gets injured then in back to the start again. Has shown some promise for me, next season will be huge for him as he needs to nail down the rb spot or the club will be looking for another

Small budget we’ve wasted so much money we should never of got to this position, he’s here he’s played he wasn’t ready is my point and you’ve just answered what I’ve also been saying if we had a solid squad around him yes he can afford to be bedded in cause he has better support around him and can play with confidence but we haven’t and adding the likes of Patterson into the side has added to the problem not helped. Nothing to cheer up about is there really? And I’m not calling him out I’m just saying what I’m seeing don’t care how old he is can see if someone’s good enough or ready. Pro boxers don’t start fighting ranked opponents from the off they learn there craft fighting journey men not just jump in the deep end and see if they sink or swim.
But the other solution, was to spend the money on some journey man. Which is better? Who would you bought for similar money? That’s a question you avoid.

I think Patterson has potential. The biggest, in my opinion, obstacle to him making the grade here is that he seems to pick up a lot of injuries, at an age and stage of his career when he should be at his most resilient.

We need another RB regardless. So it'll be a loan or a journeyman.

Personally if they think Patto isn't reliable enough...I'd be scoping how Livramento at Southampton is getting on from his injury and take a punt.

I’d of bought a journey man who could fit in for aSeason or 2 and then hopefully become cover for Patterson who’s gone out and got experience and learnt his craft of defending and positioning not at the expense of us. And as I said aurier was free Doherty went for free kristensen From Leeds cost similar would of done that job for a season or 2 that’s off the top of my head I’m not a scout but I’m sure if I was I’d of found someone better than Patterson FIRST TEAM/STARTER ready for the money.
