Came on and I was amazed he lifted a cross into the box...then we're back to usual service: head back chasing an Elanga break blowing for tugs...a lad of 23 years of age.

He must be getting through 20 per day...lighters, that is.

Can’t make out if you’re being serious, every cross he attempted wasn’t lifted to anyone or lifted at all. Still think he needs to be given a proper run of games not 10/15 mins or whatever it was.

I watched him for 15 minutes and he had the ball at his feet and wouldn't take a defender on.

The lad has zero acceleration. He's reduced to lifting rather than dri=ving hopeful punts into the box.

We need 2 decent FBs at this club in the summer and finally get rid of the trash.

The "zero acceleration" is a bit peculiar as well seeing as he was charging around more than any other RB this season...

The ironic thing about today...

Patterson and Lindstrom looked the only 2 players who have been consistently playing together this season.

But it appears some people are so bigoted that they can't see, or won't see the evidence right in front of their own eyes.

In all of my 45 years as an Everton fan he is worst right back I've ever seen for us.

Give him kudos for that as I've seen Pistone, Hottiger, Barrett ( Great defender but useless footballer ) Hibbert, John O'Kane and plenty more.

Absolute garbage and would sell for 3 million and be grateful for it.

I'm not usually a fan of Patterson but have to say he played well today. Took his opportunity and gave it his all. Lindstrom was baffled by his overlapping, must have forgotten that full backs can do that!

Still a huge concern over the lad's level of fitness, an extended rest after injury, several games and sub appearances to build up to match fitness and he's still blowing out of his backside every time he's exerted himself.

Man of the match for me. The only one who actually tried to pass and move. His link up play is on a completely different level to all of our other fullbacks. He has to start.
