Think with Thelwell arriving a straight swap deal is on the cards between Tav and NP, don't know how dave would take that one though!!
ā¦I was in the players lounge at Ibrox after Rangers won an Old Firm and you could see how much his team mates respected Tavernier, he was clearly their leader on and off the pitch. It was a really good insight but footy is very much in a bubble up there and when you step out you see the standard.
Tavernier is a good professional and a decent footballer who did exactly the right thing moving north of the border, itās no councidence there hasnāt been a queue to bring him back.
