With the options he has, he's picked the only best option.

Maupay atleast got in some good positions and gavr himself more chances to score than he did the entire last season. He just does not have the guile to pick his spot. If all a CF needs to do is hit towards goal anyone can do that.

A CF actually tries to beat the GK. Maupay hopes the GK allows him to score.

He's just jinxed in a blue (or salmon pink) shirt. I know they say strikers who get in the positions to score are important, but unbelievable chances saved/missed there in the first half.

Added: if he had mishit them he might have scored.
