I personally don't get why people end up being wound up by him. Jealous, sure, he's a bang average footballer that has made millions for nothing in return. But his 'trolling' online to me isn't humorous, and to me as a Blue not in the slightest bit offensive.
It came out that he hired a social media company to boost his presence online and it seems to have worked wonders for him, so he's actually pretty savvy to not only be able to have retired from working life years ago, but also create a simultaneous second money earner through his social media channels.
The only thing that would get me angry would be if there was evidence of him taking the piss out of fans with regards to how much money he's made off the club / how much more money he has than them. Maybe he's done that, but I've not seen it.
It's just a shame he is an appalling footballer at this level and that we were dumb enough to sign him.

He does actually appear to say something to the fans who are giving him some lip at station... I can't hear it, they may have, it increase the abuse that's for sure whatever he conveyed. As usual the mighty British doff capping serfs run to his defence just because he has some money and he can purchase some power. The deference at all levels many people give without question, kin annoys me in this country.
