Nearest Celebs

Who were the 5 nearest Celebs who lived or had lived closest to you when you were young, For me it would be:
Glenn Tipton, Judus Priest 0.05 mile
Bill Oddie 0.7 mile
Phil Lynott 0.8 mile
Frank Skinner 2.7 mile
Christine McVie , Fleetwood Mac 2.8 mile
Julie Walters 2.9 mile
My Celebs were all before they became famous, they all cleared off soon as they could 😆 doubt if any Celebs live round Dudley 😆 The only local Celeb who stayed fairly local is probably Robert Plant who lives near Kidderminster in Worcestershire, the local footballers tend to live in Sutton/Solihull

I ran a pub in Twickenham called The Fox and Frost would drink in The Swan down on the Thames there, and everytime id go in The Swan for a pint he'd do the tiresome Harry Enfield Scouser thing.

Absolute helmet.
Had his autobiography on audiobook. Came across as the luckiest bellend possible. Listened to a few and he's probably the person I disliked the most from how they lived their life and then found fame.

Been the swan a fair few times.

glancing at your post initially , genuinely my first thought was “not sure where the Fox & Frost is “

Mate am well impressed with Wolfie Adams.

Always liked him.

School fete in 98 or 99, he played those who wanted a 9 dart challenge for charity, I think I scored a maximum of 20 (although I was only 11 or 12) but since then always in the local pubs playing, and occasionally spot him either in local tesco or doctors waiting room (small town)

The toilets in the pub he drank where downstairs and he was in there once and I walked in and he started giving it the 'alright laaaa' and I nearly turned round and said 'you'd be F all without Simon Pegg'...I never did and he walked out.

I'll never forgive myself for not saying it.

You know what, gonna throw out 2 more random ones.

In Wansford, Peterborough, there is one hotel which is apparently home to the Ghost of Mary Queen of Scots, she was beheaded just down the road.

Opposite the hotel is a pub which is owned by Steve Evans, ex Peterborough United boss and generic league 1/league 2 Scottish manager.

(Don't know why so many ex Peterborough managers have now just moved into the area)
