What fans exactly are they supposed to have consulted with?

Allegedly the 'Fans Forum', a group of representatives of different Everton stakeholders; shareholders, supporters clubs and associations, corporate members etc. All members must apply to Everton to gain a place on the forum...

Petitions and protests arent going to make a bit of difference to them, the only thing that will work is if the merchandise gets fully boycotted, hopefully people wont learn to live with it and wont buy it

There's little or no chance that the badge will be changed. They'll have hordes of stock labelled with that badge and they're not going to waste their money more than they already have done.

Certainly can't hurt.

If it has any effect the least they can do is come up with a better design for next season but I doubt it.

They already have the badge plastered all over next season's merchandise, no doubt they will have spent thousands on the new carpets, restroom tiles and other banners and stuff around the ground.

See would it have really been that bad to consult the fans properly first via a vote on the official website or something Everton?

Fuming, if the new home kit is the same as Brazil's new one it would have been a boss shirt as well.
