You do realise Rafael had deals in place for the likes of Bruno who ended up going to Utd and Ruben Dias who went to City.

He's not going to sign bottom of the barrel players when he has money to spend.

“deals in place”….

thank god that turned Newcastle into contenders, wonder if that got him his amazing title winning team in China…

what that didn’t happen either?

fella is a has been, utter dinosaur.

Moshiri appointing a steady pair of hands until the stadium gets built and then eyeing up a sale, me thinks

Seen his arse
Think he's always looked at the club as a money making exercise, not doing what he'd like financially but new stadium with us safe in the middle of the Prem and he should see a return.

maybe it is quiet Monday and we announce a double deal tomorrow: Martinez as manager and Dumfries as 1st signing lol, now the group phase is over for them

Hahahahhaha

What a complete and total lie

This was like Walsh claiming he wanted Haaland and we wouldn't spend £8m - despite us hosing £30m on Tosun.

That wasn't his remit in China. His job was to keep Dalian in the Premier league, which he did. He was then preparing the club for the future. He's still an ambassador and club advisor for them.

I don’t believe for a second Rafael will end up here, when it broke last week It wouldn’t have surprised me.
After the backlash from fans it deffo won’t

I’d still have him over Martinez tho.
Doubt Moshiri reads forums, he'll still think it's a good move. Billionaires are usually single minded.

I know you like him I get it, but he’s not the right manager for Everton. It’s going to rip this club and it’s fans apart at the time that it need to unite
