Not arguing about his longevity and our managers have all been a disaster due to Mosh' mentality, my point, pal, is he is not the right person at all for THIS club I don't give 2 farts about Barcodes or Gashley so has no relevance to this at all.

If you wanna bring Barcodes into it tho, then what sort of club do you want us to be, surely not like them for gods sake.
Obviously not wanting us to be like Newcastle.
I was simply making the point about how long he was there as you were suggesting that we need a manager who will last longer than 18 months. I'm in full agreement. And I was just pointing out that I don't see why benitez couldn't do that.

Presumably you're making the judgement that he isn't the right man for the club based on what he's done at other clubs.

But I'm seemingly not allowed to reference what he's done at other clubs in order to make a counter point?

Fair point , we do have the scummy paper that won't be mentioned that nearly called for the destruction of English football .
The only American site I have an issue with is Bleacher Report . A lot of the " soccer pundits " they have are questionable in bias and intelligence but generally the U.S are quite good at reporting European football . They rarely are ITK like GoT though .
Yeah, for Bleacher Report I could of consider them a random collection of amateur bloggers and not a real news outlet for the most part. Because most of them dont work for bleacher report it can be very hit or miss as to whether they have a source or are just making up whatever they imagined in their grandmas basement.

Beat writers and journos for actual news outlets would get fired for not having a really good source on anything like that.

He can't go against the majority on this occasion which is his modus operandi. By doing that he'd be massively backing Benitez and out himself as a massive tory kopite.
Part of me wants him to do it... just for the meltdown (I don't think he would)

He is desperate for a job. IF we take him, (hope not), it should be on our terms; no long contract, one year rolling with options at our end for extensions. If he doesnt want that, jog on lad.

£856 a week (That's what the lowest League Two manager is on allegedly) on a rolling weekly contract so we don't have to pay him off when he fails due to incessant booing and dull football.

He obviously doesn't need the money judging by his conveniently located massive house and he will be happy to take anything as he LOVES the city so much (so much that he doesn't even live in it)

Lets see how much he wants the job.

I'm not a monster, I will allow him to take home any foot long hot dogs that remain unbought on matchday. (Unless there is a midweek game as we could reheat them due to the timescales. We are not made of money.)
