I find it difficult to form an opinion on Pirlo.
On the face of it failing to steer the reigning Champions to another title counts against him, but he did win silverware so it could be classed as qualified failure rather than abject.
A period of fluctuating fortunes is to be expected with a new coach the more so with a young manager on his first appointment and any wobble is more noticeable with a team like Juventus.
We know that many successful managers had inauspicious starts and he is certainly more experienced than 12 months ago.
If Brands interviews him and feels he is worth the risk then it would present an exciting and intriguing prospect.

I don’t even think Pirlo can speak English for starters.
He wont need to learn too much to improve us a few basic phrases is all he needs... "FFS Gomes stop misplacing passes" "Gilfi stop just strolling around like a prick" and "who the F signed all these midfielders with no pace Brands get me some new midfielders who's top speed is faster than a jog"

I'll take half of what he has a!ready achieved in his short time as manager.

I dont see anything wrong in a manager bringing his own staff.

I can understand a manager bringing some of his own staff, they know what he wants and how he works. This used to be the norm, but now it seems that when the head coach comes in they just bring 1 or 2 guys with them and the rest of the old regime stay. I think with how we have done over the last 3 or 4 managers a clean sweep wouldn't be a bad thing
