But educate yourself about him, I've been doing it for the last hour.

He plays possession based high tempo passing attacking football.

There's a lot to like.

I read and watched stuff about him when he was in Norway. apart from what you said, there was a lot of innovation behind the scenes with health & fitness, team building and so on. I just hope that if we get him, or someone like him (innovative, fresh ideas, tactical) we don't institutionalise him and make him dull and lose the will to live.

Taking their time with this appointment Everton which is good and I definitely agree with. We have got to try and get this one right no matter who it ends up being. Cannot continue having to start again every 12 to 18 months.

I'd be delighted to accept your kind offer, Sir,...and the 11 million that goes with it.

You know what I mean. We don't need another manager that sees us as a stepping stone. We need someone willing to stay the course and build something. The money is available, the academy is there with talented youth, we just need someone who wants to grow with with team.

You might laugh but Barca and Real are now managed by ex Everton managers. This isn't a good thing, it's a bad one. They always were going to go running as would a lot of the players.
