Bordelas has prior to this year had Getafe punching well above their weight. So I know you meant this joking but he's kind of an interesting manager. The football is pretty unwatchable though.
Sounds like he'd fit in well at Goodison .
Would have put a fiver on him at 100/1 but for the fact that he's the new Valencia manager ( which is the only reason he had come to my attention ). lol

Four prem games unbeaten...... football far faster than under Carlo......
So based on 4 games which would of included the managers gone boost as well as a fired up GP, you wanna give the keys to the castle to Dunc.
Baffling

How about Unsworth he came from 2-0 do beat Watford 3-2. Had more games in charge, won 2 PL2 titles, far more experience yet he not being talk about at all. He’s not up for it the same as Dunc

Apples & Pears - Big Dunc has the passion .......he shows it on the touchline not scored to substitute know supposed superstars either - ref Moise Kean - he fetched DCL also into a proper no 9 not Carlo.....

But was that actually the right thing to do? He killed the confidence of a young kid who ended up leaving the club.

There's no evidence of the latter sentence either.

Would you believe that Brighton’s xG was only 3 above ours?

not a massive one for stats but i was looking at basic ones for Everton the other day. Not all this x g stuff. Just basic.
Quite surprised how either level or worse we were than brighton. Both kept same amount of clean sheets. 12.
Shots at goal. Everton were 13th. Brighton 14th.
Big chances missed was the interesting one. Though i am not sure who defines a chance big or not big. But brighton were high on that list. Confirming they really just needed a better couple of finishers.
But back to Everton. Our basic stats looked awful. Says to me even more that although grim to watch ancelotti was polishing a turd.

I’ve thought about it and I’d take a punt on Graham Potter. He’s got an identifiable style of play, something we’ve lacked for years, his teams work bloody hard, again something we rarely do, and the xG was through the roof. If his name was Giuseppe Potterino the football hipsters would be all over him.

He needs a gimmick. maybe he can stand on a crate or something at the touchline?

I think we should go with Nuno. He had Wolves playing some lovely stuff.
When they first came up they certainly did.
Then, if I remember correctly they started the next season really early in Europa qualifiers and ended up playing about 60 games and they ran out of gas ?

After giving it a bit of thought, it's Eddie Howe for me. Let's have a reality check and not get above ourselves, we are his type of Club and he's our type of Manager. Howe would steady the Everton ship and lay down a good solid foundation to build on and move forward. The guy's a grafter and would get the team grafting. Make it so Farhad!
