Not advocating him at all but Potter has a lot of potential for me, however I fear the squad we have now would struggle with his style of play . Pace seems to be a big factor in formation along with short passing to a player in the same colour jersey,another quality that we lacked last season . I have read that potter has good contacts in South America which would if you are to believe as does Brands . Whoever comes in I just hope we as a fan base realize that the next guy needs to be given time !! We can’t continue to constantly change our manager ..

Agree. But we cant let them dictate long term for this club as they will be replaced.
Anyone taking over next season will more than likely struggle. Gota see the bigger picture and give them time. Your alex iwobis WILL be replaced.

That's my big worry. We've seen under Silva and Ancelotti that these players seriously struggle to string 5 passes together.
If he's the choice, if he's brought in and there's a process in place and this is all part of a grand plan to give us an identity and to play a certain way then great I'll go along with it but i can't seen much improving until the the dross is shipped out and better, quicker more athletic players are recruited.
