Galtier would be quite the coup. Not sure I see our appeal but hopefully Brands is a good salesman.
Our appeal? Hey, I'm all for the self-flagellation when it comes to Everton, but 99% of managers anywhere in Europe would jump at the chance to manage a club who just paid its last manager 11m a year, spent unfathomable amounts on unfathomably bad players, plies its trade in the best league in the world, and is poised to move into a state-of-the-art new stadium.

I suspect there are worse jobs out there.

I put £15 on that galtier at 22/1 me and within 10 minutes he’s down to 7/1, am guessing a lot of others done the same hence the price. I’d be happy with him though, fresh of winning a title, all depends on wether he will join Nice.
And whether we're actually in...

If I'd just won the French league I dunno if I'd go to the side finishing 10th in the Prem tbh. Hopefully he does.
He's done all he can in Ligue 1. It's downhill all the way now. PSG will swat all before them aside next season. Galtier did what any clever careerist would do: moved while his stock was at his highest.

Nah mate, I'm reliably informed (by people on here) that no one above the level of Eddie Howe or perhaps even Big Sam would touch us with a bargepole. They'd sooner be at Tranmere apparently.

….Galtier 7-1 from 22-1 with Sky, still 25-1 Hills.

I said earlier today, I saw him around 33's and he was alongside another 3 or 4 that I felt were very credible "Value" bets (I think Rangnick, AVB were the others). I'd be very happy if he were the one, and I still feel our manager will come from one of that group, as opposed to one of the early front runners.
