It’s absolutely not

I’d be gutted with Nuno, Moyes, Benitez and Howe, and it being 3 of those 4 are looking likely

Potter/Galtier, who are probably 4th and 5th I’d be happy/delighted with
I really don't think any of the names on your likely list are actually that.

Yes they play better stuff and have improved but have they progressed?
Surely that's the aim for every club.

We'd improve the team and hopefully they'd be the ones culled.
No way Digne or Alan and other internationals hang around for a rebuild job.
Also no way they hang around without a top manager in charge.
Potter isn't the man IMO.
They understand though that this takes time and it was an unlucky season for them. They also have some of the brightest young talents in europe.

This year BHA lost in the 5th round of the FA cup before the quarter finals to the eventual FA cup winners Leicester and the previous year they went out in the first round to Sheffield Wed.

For the EFL Cup they went out in the 4th round this year when previously they went out in the 3rd round.

While in the league they might not be lighting the world alight they have progressed in cups and lets be honest outside of being relegated, winning the league, or qualifying for CL/UEL there is no difference in where you finish besides a nominal money reward at the end of the season.
