Seem to recall Kenwright took over from Peter Johnson on Christmas Eve and thinking what a great present - hopefully this one is much better.
Why did everyone hate Johnson by the way, know i did but can't remember why
Because he owned our Football Club.
Unfortunately it goes with the territory as Friedkins will no doubt find out sooner or later. 🤷‍♂️

So just half of the outfield players need replacing. I'd argue an actual striker too. So 6 of the 10.

So back to the original post, a new manager doesn't improve the team, a new team improves the team (along with a new manager)
A new manager 100% changes the team, not sure why you'd think otherwise and not to go full hyperbole on you but why even have a manager if they don't do anything..

So we don't need to buy 6 new outfield players to replace the old? The new manager has the current lot firing us up the league. Friedkin will be happy to know they don't need to spend.

Think both ofc a new manager with this set of players wont fix the problems we have with a lack of pace in the team. But do agree a new manager could help improve how we play as a team give the team more confidence to try and be more positive on the ball. Is like when dyche came in after lampard the team could not defend at all and when dyche csme in helped improve that. A change in managwr can improve the same team but ofc we still have problems we need to fix

They could avoid that by simply running the club properly.
Like a said in another thread:

Supporting Everton is kind of like being The Dominican Republic... Always executing the guy in charge, and then saying: 'Ahh, this new guy... This new guy is the guy! He's going to get it right!' 🤦‍♂️
