Personally think it’s a mixture of a few things that contributed to the lack of discontent at the game.
The main one being, the fans are just mentally and physically drained with it all. It feels like these last 3-4 years have all been 1 big long no stop season of stress, anger and misery.
The next one is, as much as we hate this current team and the manager we will support them at the game none stop.
And lastly, the ground been half empty at least 4-5 times this season with 10 mins to go, should be more than enough indication that the majority of the fan base are fed up with this manager.
The one thing I will add though is, I never get why fans applaud the players when they walk around the pitch after serving up those displays. I respect their right and opinion but personally don’t get it.
I applaud effort and to be fair I think this side (generally) gives it. I'm not so entitled as a fan that I only applaud quality, I think it's right to recognise a player giving it their best shot even if it was ultimately not very good.

They'll have been looking for at least four months.

Either they're vision impaired or they simply want an outward show of being responsibly cautious before hoofing the mongrel into outer space.

I think it’s responsibly cautious. He’s definitely getting hoofed, just a matter of when. I’d imagine the availability of replacements will also play a part.

Already got a massive job on their hands.

We desperately need players in January. Left back and a right winger minimum.

Need to make a massive decision on Dyche as well.

This summer we need a huge rebuild with players out of contract.

Feels like they are going to need to get most decisions bang on or we could be here again next year.

Good luck to them.

12 players leaving next summer pal. We will begin the rebuild there. Not a single player worth keeping.

Would have to disagree, while Mykolenko was poor he was marginally less poor than his colleagues, Tarkowski was a different level of poor yesterday, he's not been great for most of the season and I fear that time may be catching up with him. Branthwaite, although he was much better than Tarkowski, was miles below his level and really struggled to deal with Wood and Gibbs White at times. As for old Ashley, he was struggling as well, but, overall this season, he has been surprisingly good.
You are spot on Roy . Tarkowski was terrible yesterday, been poor all season.

But despite that Dyche still plays him ahead of O'Brien, it's madness

Think effort should be a given no?. And it’s not about only applauding quality, I ain’t going to applaud when players don’t do the basics right week in and week out but they run abit so let’s clap. I’m not entitled, just expect basic standards when it comes to premier league international footballers. As I said, you clap them if you want that’s your right as a a fellow fan.

Well effort should be a given yes, but I'm literally there to support them aren't I - the clues in the name. Nobody's cheering and singing their names, they're just clapping them to show a bit of support for their effort. I find it genuinely bizarre that some people refuse to do it myself, but like you say it's each to their own.

I can see arguments for gueye and begovic as squad players. Keeping gueye would give us Garner, Tim and Gueye with hopefully 2 CMs incoming.

My concern is they see doucoure being *only* 31 and give him another deal.

Agree add to bring terrible this Season, Mykolenko, Doucoure and Harrison, but he plays them every game he can. Also our negative set up, dreary football, but agree with the previous poster the effort is mainly there, just that the players look like they are playing it off the "cuff". Apart from defence they look like they've never been coached to attack.

So you only support them if you clap them off at the end?. Also, don’t think you will find it that only some don’t applaud them at the end, as more than half the stadium is empty most games this season before the final whistle, and ones that stay only half them clap as the others are also leaving or letting them know what for. Anyway as you said we all got different opinions.

I'm going to be critical of the faithful here . Very brave I know, or stupid !.
the polls and comments on social media suggest a huge proportion of the fans want the man gone, that doesn't seem to translate at the game ?. I hear boos at the end, but no actual cal l s for him to go.
Is it not time for the fans to express their feelings towards the board ?.

Nobody was calling for lampard to go, but everyone saw the writing in the wall.

Let's not kill off the last bit of fight we have and just lie back and take what's coming under dyche.

These people were brought in simply so that the US stranglehold on British assets can increase. There is nothing about this gang that tells me they are really interested in developing the club. It's been a purely political maneouvre to oust Russian influence and get US cronyism in.

It won't stop the US sanctioning us though until we capitulate further.
