Why? What do you want them to say? So happy to buy the club, it was a tough road but we've made it. We want this club to be great again, sleeping giant, we dont want it to be a museum. Yada yada. It all means nothing. The ONLY thing that matters is the direction of the club over the next 5 years and beyond. If they are better placed behind a desk in Texas to make sure that happens, then Id rather them do that.

Sylvester Stallone turned up on the pitch at half time wrapped in a scarf, and hes done nothing for us since.
He also got to sample some of our finest hot beverages.

They've been to Rome loads of times though.
Rome is beautiful...Especially this time of year 👌
The docks is a turd hole at the moment & needs major investment, apart from our brand new shiny stadium!!
...If John Lennon airport, sounds like a beatles B side to them, I don't care🤷‍♂️🤦
...we've been through hell!!
...So let's at least, give these guys at least half a chance to try & improve us ehh??

So ...
We had a Russian backed billionaire and the Everton curse saw Russia start a war that alienated the Russian wealth from the club.

We get US owners, and the orange cockwomble destroys the global economy and inevitably the US one too.

I wonder how much spare cash the Friedkin group has today, compared with last month. The Everton curse strikes again?

And the world's best referee turns bent for one game

Less spare cash, one might suppose, but still quite a lot.

I guess so, but an economic slump would have general affects on most clubs if it was to take hold.

We have the stadium completed and refinanced which is great at any time but especially now.

Not that I want a penny pinching mentality at the club, but at least we have swam in those waters and are not going to be going on a big spending splurge anyway, in my opinion. We have to be focused on value for money whatever the prevailing economic circumstances.

If transfer fees were to become depressed a little, that would help us and for any outgoings, we didn't need to sell Branthwaite last summer and shouldn't need to, this.
