They likely take up a shareholding in roundhouse unless its a loan, which id doubt mate. Roundhouse is essentially Everton - its where the Everton shares are held.
The transaction to buy Everton was a transfer between Moshiri's Blue Heaven Holdings and Roundhouse.
Rumours were Robert Earl was just a front for Phil Green.

But, also, purchase or lease of Nelson Dock will likely happen through Roundhouse, not Everton. It may well be that the investments that are brought into Roundhouse may have a bearing on what any Nelson Dock developments might be.
