if you have time and money (and maybe a little bit of boredom) it's a perfect investment. EFC will be worth loads in 12-20 years if properly managed. people with that kind of money don't buy a 401k or even a few paintings, they buy big things. doesn't mean they can't mess it all up, but it's entirely logical that they would both buy the club as an investment and run the club for its own benefit (ie, be successful).

It's not only the Club and BMD but I reckon within the next 10 years the North Side of the docks will be known as 'Toyota City' and will be competing with Liverpool city as the new regional powerhouse.
