The timing seems very fortuitous.

She has a nice little break in Greece ( Rhodes very nice this time of year I believe) whilst TFG get PL &FCA approval and then she moves into her new pad in Fresh fields and The Liver Building.

Perfect. Almost like they planned it

Be a shame for Chong have to step aside, but I wonder if the Friedkins could have a use elsewhere for a guy with experience of overseeing a massively successful large scale stadium build….

She's not Italian mate, she's Greek and only moved to Italy two years ago. Given she's recieving death threats from Roma 'fans' then I'd say she'd be kinda open to leaving the country.

I guess that she would rather be put in a headlock than receiving death threats!

They really shouldn't be buzzing, Friedkin will be doing a Thanos on them not long after he gets in the front door. Who can say they've done a great job?

For fear of getting a bit @davek on this subject, we might want to keep our powder dry on TFG.
Whilst the rumours about the debt mountain is wonderful news, if true, and getting rid of Moshiri is obviously a great thing, the deal for the club when Moshiri took over also looked great and we saw how that ended. I'm not saying that's what'll happen here but they've done ok at Roma, not better than ok. We don't know exactly what shape the financing for this takeover will take either.
I'm cautiously optimistic, but let's not anoint any new saviours too soon, we've been burned many times before.

They'll also be looking at concerts etc in the ground and capitalising in the revenue a hotel can generate mate, I'm pretty damned sure of this

The Everton Fan Advisory Board has issued a statement in response to the announcement regarding the potential sale of the club to The Friedkin Group.

They want to tell TFG what the fans expect from a new owner. I'm pretty sure they could guess what though...

Look at where we are. Minus rock bottom. This literally cannot be worse if they are paying down debt. They financed Roma personally. This is the miracle we've needed.
