The time lapse from 777 announcement to FCA and FA approval was mid Sep to late Dec.

This has been done far quicker late Sep to early Nov.

Every member of the group has to recite the Magna Carta word for word off the top of their head, the group have to cure cancer within 5 years or the club gets put in the national league and have to play their home games on Mars or the club can only pay their players in bags of salt and if they spend too much salt they execute a club legend. As has been said many times before, invest in the squad and get a long term manager, or don't and get another who will accept the risk of taking us over with this squad

If they complete before the end of the year there is nothing stopping them bringing in a new manager and giving him a kitty for January. Just have to wait and see what they do but i will be very surprised if they keep Dyche on. They are quite ruthless when it comes to managers.
