That's if there is a new DoF regime.

And if there is, TFG will have been working on who to recruit.

But Everton will definitely be active in January, because we need to be. I think we'll be top 5 spenders.

Just can't see it.

Manager uncertainty.
DOF uncertainty.
Huge reset in June.
Lack of a market in January.

If we spend in January we absolutely have to sell JB June 2025.
If we don't spend in January we may well be able to hold onto JB.

I'd agree with this. I think the Friedkin's will want to put down a statement of intent. We will have a bench of 5 new players that Dyche wont start because the don't have premier league experience! Meanwhile, he starts his old buddies that have failed over and over again.

I expect the Friedkin's may wall have another manager lined up, and wouldn't be surprised at all if Dyche making way was one of their first decisions.

We absolutely have to bring players in in January.

Otherwise the amount of players needed in summer will be crazy.

Out of contract - Coleman, young, gana, Doucoure, Harrison, mangala, DCL, lindstrom, broja, Keane, Virginia, Begovic.

I figure Branthwaite will go next summer, if not January.

Absolutely convinced if TFG are in before January, we'll see a couple of signings.

But the reality is the market will be rubbish.
Dyche won't play them.
Dyche won't be managing them.
Would you sign?

bullet dodged with him.

Sorry mate. Can't read Spanish. What does it say.

The lightest punishment would be supervision of payroll and recruitment. And the harshest would be relegation. The DNCG have to be convinced of Eagle Group's plan for Lyon.

End part

I looked at their numbers the other day and they didn't look all that bad...but the guy has no money (relative to owning a football club) and has using borrowing and other people's money to accomplish what he has to this point. Those people want their money back.

Looking how they conducted the current Roma manager appointment, I think they opted for the safe bet to ease the fanbase but ultimately choosing a calm appointment than Mancini (ex-Lazio).

I now fear that they will keep Dyche on barring another horror run from now and January (sees December fixtures and prays).

Finance wise, January is a tricky time to buy unless the targets are subject to availability but with no manager chance plus no loans available (Harrison, Broja, Mangala and Lindstrom). I think we are in a dry spell again in January.
