Is there any purpose to this lot being here?

$8 billion this feller owns and we're still waiting for this threadbare squad to be strengthened.

Sign players you gormless gets.

See they're signing players for Roma Dave?

Outrageous.

A story in 3 parts.

Everton has expressed significant interest in acquiring Devyne Rensch from Ajax, with plans to sign him next summer when he becomes available for free.

Everton, recently acquired by the Friedkin family, has made a strong entry into the race for Devyne Rensch with a comprehensive offer reaching 8 million euros, surpassing Roma in the race for the player.

Everton, another club of the Friedkin family, was involved in the competition for Devyne Rensch, but Roma managed to anticipate them in this transfer window.

Nobody show this to @davek

I agree with you Dave, we do need to strengthen the squad. But there's signing players and then there's signing the right players. The club has to get this right as we don't want to end up bringing in six number-10s and seven left-wingers all on ridiculous money. Personally, I feel we will make a couple of essential signings before the window ends.

We live in hope.
