Superb.

Looks like there might be a balcony at the back of the South stand as well. At the back of the lower tier for the North stand it looks like there might be more wheelchair accessibility on the back rows as well which is superb.

Just little tweaks but will make it even better.

Will never happen IMO.

For existing stadia, I'd agree, but there is no reason why not in a stadium that is designed to handle the capacities. It would have to be in a way that is similar to the third option though, double the rows. See section below from annex A section e of the Sports Ground Safety Authority report

SGSA said:
"Moreover, spectators standing side by side will, if they can, tend to occupy a greater lateral space (typically 550mm per person) than those who remain seated (typically 460mm). If the stand is full, standing spectators are likely to spill out into the gangways and vomitories, which become blocked. This not only impedes the safe circulation and exit of spectators; it also makes it very difficult for stewards and first aid staff to undertake their safety duties.
Keeping gangways clear is a fundamental safety requirement"

This would lead me to think that any increase at all in capacity will not happen simply by lifting the seats. That may actually lead to a decrease. They will have to create secondary tiers for the standing fans. Havent crunched the numbers, but would think that would lead to an increase about 0.2 less than double the capacity in standing areas.

One thing I have just thought though. Season tickets. With the rulings potentially differing in PL and UEFA competitions. Who gets the priorities for the seated bit of where they stand?

Hard to tell fully from the image but, knowing the car park is now implemented there, that they're cars you can see and that's the top level of the multi-storey.

If that is the case that is a spectacular waste of a prime hospitality space with a view. The car park should be in the basement and first floor if it needs 2 levels.

Agreed, the previous design looks like it may have shown corporate facilities before the car park was integrated. (It also looks like they've removed the big central glass entrance & Everton lettering which is a shame, hopefully it comes back.)
