I just don't think it would be feasible for the new stadium to be completed if we were relegated to the lower leagues.

Where would the money come from?

It simply isn't going to happen. That's why relegation must not be allowed to happen.

Well it can't be left in its current state, so if it can't be finished it has to be put back into an open Dock which I think was 150m to reverse it back to its original state.

He's not getting his money back, no chance. If we get relegated he'll need to kiss goodbye about 500m/600m of what he's put in as no one will be giving him what he's paid so far.

Simply has to be finished just for him to recoup something and save face.

The fella is an absolute shambles of an owner so the least to stupid tit can do is finish the stadium so he can remembered for at least 1 good thing to gloss over the 100 things he's screwed up.
