RS must be gutted this is going up on the banks of their beloved Mersey Biggest body of water they have near their lego built carbuncle is that rain filled pothole on Oakfield road. Yes it would slow the build down but they tend to factor an element of weather into the schedule so overall I wouldn't expect the plan to vary too much. Clearly an extremely bad autumn/winter could alter that.

its already had one winter and we are still on track so I guess they been factoring in enough down time for bad weather
