No Andy, sadly thats a terrible idea, in order to do this we would have to turf people out of their homes, im not a fan of this personally.

Just because we apparently have the same architects as Roma have doesn't mean we'll have a bowl design. Believe it or not, architects are capable of more than one design. Also, it makes sense for Roma to have a bowl considering the history of Rome - I'm sure that played more than a small part in the design process.

That depends, my company uses the same architects for all our buildings and they all look near identical. Some architects are just set in their ways lollol

Just been on Google Earth using the ruler tool... Sad I Know, but I measured the BM dock area from the edge of Nelson dock to those long sheds on the opposite north side and from the rivers edge on the west to the regent road and it comes out at about the 16 to 17 Acres mentioned
Just out of interest an Acre is about the size of a football pitch, though I'm still not sure if the new ground would fit lengthwise parallel with the river. Not that it's a deal breaker as long as we get a new ground.

I'm sure Picasso could draw properly but like in every creative business when you hire someone you want to have an idea of what you are going to get therefore companies tend to stick to a style.

BM Docks: 9 acres
Nelson Docks: 7 acres
Collingwood Docks: 5 acres

....so could the agreed land purchase at 16.6 acres be BMD + ND + roughly half of CD?
