New Everton Stadium

Surely it should have been easier to get photos of them at SC than down at the docks but they haven't appeared yet, so is it....

A) Joe is waiting until it gets dark to show them
B) The media aren't interested in showing pics of them in a field
C) Farhad said don't bother going we've got what we were after

???

Reasons being - it made a chunk of the photographers to sit waiting their for most of the day when the real plan of action was a visit to BMD

Seeing as the dock site would only cost 30m, you'd have to imagine Mr Moshiri sees that as no obsticle whatsoever to us getting the site. 30m, that's an absolute pittance. Probably the reason we ended up with a negative net spend in the summer.

Has Baxendale always been Deputy CEO?

Everton chairman Bill Kenwright, director Sasha Ryazantsev, deputy chairman Jon Woods, chief executive Robert Elstone and deputy CEO Denise Barrett-Baxendale were joined by Liverpool mayor Joe Anderson as part of the group that were on hand to assess the land on the banks of the River Mersey.

Was just thinking that exact same thing mate.

I blame the person who was supposed to be tailing them today. Don't tell me davek got the job but was too busy with his Koeman OUT, Martinez IN! banners? Besides he wouldn't go down to the docks because it is 1) all a pipe dream and 2) a good chance of catching the plague from airborne nasties...

:p

Kenwright said: "We have the opportunity to have the finest arena, the finest football stadium, in the world - it's mind-blowing. Every time we look it gets better. There is a real vision behind these plans and I aim to ensure that vision becomes a reality."

Never ever forget.

seen this stadium many times, but only just properly looked to realise there's actually a road that goes under a section of the stand and then around in front of it. People sitting in the front row will be obscured by traffic haha

The Singapore GP uses that road and tunnel as part of the track. You often see them crashing into the barrier in front of that stand.
