New Everton Stadium

Sorry for bumping this lads and lasses ( I can hear the sigh from here) but was driving passed BMD today and noticed for let signs up on the dock wall, now I've driven passed there quite a few time and not noticed these signs, to the people who regularly pass there are these new or have they been there for a while must admit they did look new. Feel free to castigate, abuse or ignore me I can take it.

I think Liverpool Waters is on the edge of happening now. From what I hear, a 5 star hotel have signed on to take the site of the temporary cruise terminal once it moves across to it's new base, Everton are very close to agreeing terms to take the BMD site, and the Royal Albert Hall have agreed to anchor a cultural building next to the new IOM terminal. Add that to the Hive and Moda PRS schemes, and Peel's own PRS kit which is all happening, I think you have the start of a scheme that will change the face of the city forever!

Hopefully with Everton FC new stadium standing out there and presenting a great view from the river.

Just looking at the net, and Liverpool Waters are advertising those warehouses that recently sold as being available to let on flexible lease terms. Is that just out of date? If not, it's not a good sign.

If Im not mistaken, flexible lease just means short term (or month by month) lease. A bit of rental income whilst the ground goes ahead
Nothing to see here folks, move on

I was just asked this on twitter. We are not going to see a spade in the ground until 2018 in my opinion (at the earliest) so short term lets are not a problem.
