Yes, apparently Barbour are a very reputable outfit and if the letter is genuine then it's definitely on.

Barbour are an information collation site, with a focus on business development. They basically try to give foresight on opportunities for tender. There is very little on that sheet that we dont already know. There will be very little 'inside' info, if any. The £200m for civils etc will be just a marker for hit filtration.
