New Everton Stadium

I expect the Everton fanbase will be very supportive. The fanbase were prepared to accept Kirkby brcause they realised the importance of a new ground. A new ground in their general area will probably get huge support.
This is what concerns me blueblue to be honest.
The majority of supporters that accepted "The Bill Kenwright and his Posse Band of Fibbers" rubbish last time that it was a "world class stadium design" for around 50m are the same gullible bunch you refer to above.
The move needs to be to a genuine WORLD CLASS stadium that costs that to build. It is our future ( and history) we are talking about here...not a select few to fill their pockets when a sale occurs.
I hope when information about the stadium itself is released, if it is on the el cheapo again like the last one, there will still be Supporter Groups that don't get conned and take those responsible to task...

Virtually every club in the league does this to minimise tax liabilities and mitigate unevem cashflow in the summer before tv payments made

A few clubs do, but not all. They would be classed as high risk to banks as well with us. Its the equivalent of Wonga loans.

Everton are maxed out on credit, mortgage on Goodison and on season tickets sales. We are high risk

No. If this were the case no one would even loan us a bridging loan.

Utter nonsense.

You just don't understand at all.

Lol, we actually had bridging loans against the sky money 2 years in advance.

I understand we are high risk to lenders, all you need to do is look at the accounts. As for Vibrac, in the region of 10% interest, if we were not high risk why do we accept that rate.

Oh good god.

Its like the ones lauding randy lerner 7 years ago.

No idea. No idea whatsoever.

I can't explain something to someone incapable @Moomin of understanding it.

Already explained it yet you just come back with more nonsense
