If I have one relatively minor disappointment it is that I was half expecting and fully hoping that the capacity would be 60,000.

There's no way that our new dockside stadium will have a capacity that's less than 60,000.

Was expecting this ground to be unveiled from under a massive Everton banner by 5pm.

Word is we haven't even laid the foundations yet.
