Wasn't there ITKs saying this ages ago, I remember yonks ago on here the talk was that we had actually already bought the land.

There was and it looks like they were correct. The difference with this is that we are actually hearing things from people specifically involved in the deal which is a far more reassuring source of info than a few posters on an internet forum!

That assumes that we will hear more from those involved at 5pm.
