Titus Bramble
Best centre half to grace the Premier League
A lot of "clever' people around this project. Makes me nervous.
A lot of competent people would be preferable.
Yeah it's a shame this project is going to be carried out by amateurs

Let's not get carried away. Dan Meis doesn't design crap football stadia.
Being able to sort out what shape it'll be would be a nice start wouldn't it?Yeah it's a shame this project is going to be carried out by amateurs
Why is everyone against a bowl design?
Is this a new orthodoxy which I must learn to follow if I am to be accepted by the habitual posters on GOT?
Also, why the opposition to a running track? Won't retractable seats work?
Well, that seems to the case, but I don't understand why. Stoke City is a four-sided ground, Lille is a bowl. I know which one I would prefer.Think people prefer the 4 sided grounds, the 1s that havent been built for over 50 years for numerous reasons.
Retractable seats wont work, the running track will spoil the atmosphere.

30k all seater bowl, with running track and seats at least 40ft away from the pitch.
thats the latest news

You'll get bullets in the post with stuff like that Chris.
I really dont think we would fill 30k... They are dreamers.30k all seater bowl, with running track and seats at least 40ft away from the pitch.

I agree to be honest, I like bowls myself, there are plenty of good bowls and a lot of awful 4 sided grounds.Well, that seems to the case, but I don't understand why. Stoke City is a four-sided ground, Lille is a bowl. I know which one I would prefer.
